The 20-20-20 Formula

This is your victory hour, there is no ironclad way of how to do it. The needs of different people will be different. When done right, for 66 days continually, you will instil these productive habits into your life.

  1. Physical exercise: This can be a gym session, some yoga, or even a short run. Whatever you do, make sure that you sweat. (20 Minutes)
  2. Reflection: Fill in a journal, or meditate. You can also write down the things you want to do during the day. (20 minutes)
  3. Learning: Read a book, listen to a podcast or learn something related to work. Use this time to become an expert in your field and grow. (20 minutes)

The Pre-Sleep Ritual of Top Performers

In order to wake up at 5, you need a proper pre-sleep ritual. Between 7 and 8 pm, you should have your last meal of the day.

Between 8 and 9 pm, have conversations with your loved ones, do some self-care.

Between 9 and 10 am, dim your lights, keep your gadgets away and prepare to sleep.

You can come up with the ritual that is right for you. There is no single way of doing it. Whatever you do, prepare for your victory hour in the morning, the night before.
