RTO Marketing Specialist for Australia

I run Google and Meta advertising for registered training organisations across Australia, remotely from Kochi. You get campaigns built around your qualifications and short courses, leads that are ready to enrol, and ads that follow ASQA's rules on how training is marketed.

Australian Study Experts: course marketing from ad to enrolment

I have worked on education marketing alongside Australian universities, including the Australian Study Experts campaign for Abe Services, which promotes study in Australia to students in India.

That work covers the full journey: ad creative, Meta and Google campaigns, lead forms that capture course and intake details, and follow-up through a CRM so counsellors can act quickly.

01

Course-level campaigns

A campaign for each qualification, skill set or short course, so you can see which courses fill and what each enrolment costs.

Ads for searches such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or a forklift licence course, with negative keywords that filter out people looking for free courses or jobs.

03

Meta ads for career changers

Facebook and Instagram ads that reach people thinking about a new career, an upgrade or a licence, with creative tested every week.

04

Funding and eligibility questions

Lead forms that ask about funding, eligibility, study mode and start date, so your team calls the right people first.

05

CRM and fast follow-up

Leads sent straight to your student management system or CRM, with instant replies and reminders for your enrolment team.

06

Compliant ads

Your RTO code and the full code and title of each training product shown correctly, nationally recognised training described accurately, and no guarantees about jobs or outcomes.

Working together

Remote, but never out of touch

India is four and a half to five and a half hours behind the east coast of Australia, so my working day covers your afternoon and evening. I check campaigns every working day, meet your marketing and admissions teams at times that suit you, and send a report every week.

FAQ

RTO marketing: common questions

What must an RTO include in its ads?

Your RTO code, and the code and full title of each training product as listed on the National Register. Describe nationally recognised training accurately and avoid guarantees about jobs, licences or outcomes. ASQA's practice guide on information and transparency explains the details, and your compliance team should sign off the final wording.

Is Google or Meta better for RTOs?

Google Search works best for people already searching for a specific course. Meta reaches people who are thinking about a change but have not searched yet. Most RTOs do best running both.

Can you promote government-funded courses?

Yes, as long as the funding and eligibility rules are stated accurately. Lead forms can check eligibility before your team calls.

Who owns the ad accounts and the leads?

You do. Your ad accounts, pixel, CRM and every lead stay in your name, and you can remove my access at any time.

How much should an RTO spend on ads?

It depends on the course, your region and how many places you need to fill. After a free call I recommend a test budget for one or two courses, then we scale what produces enrolments.

Do you work with agencies that market RTOs?

Yes. I offer white-label Google and Meta ads management, so agencies can deliver campaigns to their RTO clients under their own brand.
